FASTER Global is a fitness education company that urges it’s trainers to stay up to date on the latest science in training – whether that’s looking at performance or rehab, pain relief or fat loss. They deliver an understanding of biomechanics and movement that is unparalleled, all our trainers have completed some form of FASTER education and our senior trainers are currently writing courses and regularly deliver already established FASTER courses. FASTER also provides the education for some of the Industries biggest kit providers.
Sam completed an undergraduate degree in sports and exercise science before graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Masters in Osteopathy. He was awarded the 3rd and 4th year clinical prize and gained a distinction. Sam is also a trained medical acupuncturist and kinesiotape practitioner. Whilst working in London’s Harley Street, Sam has been fortunate enough to shadow and work with leading consultants in spinal surgery and radiology. Sam knows about pain and the nervous system and has a special interest in treating patients with neck and back pain, particularly intervertebral disc pathologies. Sam takes pride in educating his patients and providing appropriate management to help relieve their symptoms.
We Grill is a small restaurant based in Leadenhall market in the heart of the city, they provide a unique selection of healthy skewers, original seasoned side dishes, homemade dips, sauces and soups. The owner Tarek had the idea for We Grill when he worked at a couple of investment banks in the city. Having a passion for great food and healthy living, but couldn’t find anywhere that served what he wanted to eat. We Grill take great pride in sourcing the best ingredients and cooking great food.
