The best thing about training with Jay is the knowledge he has and his understanding of what to throw at you, and why he has suggested specific movements in the workout, there are days where my body is tired from pole fitness and I can’t do much upper body training and he’ll  always adapt the session so my upper back muscles feel “loose” and are no longer feeling “tight”, he is always quick thinking when it comes to making last minute changes to sessions – but never seems phased by this.  He makes great use of the gym and it’s equipment but equally can get you working just with body weight if the gym is busy and space/equipment is limited.  As mentioned above Jay has helped me with rehabilitation from injury and when getting back into sessions he was always conscious of giving me alternatives if I struggled. Great guy he gets a thumbs up from me!
