At the moment unfortunately there is no Impulse Fitness studio or gym. However, we operate in a few different locations. In the city of London, we are based at Fitness First Bishopsgate, a large members gym with several studios, a pool, traditional strength kit, cardio machines and an open space with equipment more commonly used for ‘functional’ training. The facility itself is Xsqft and a great option for those of you that can make it here. Alternatively we can come to you, travel and time will incur an extra cost but what better way to ensure you keep up the consistency no matter how busy you are. So whether you have a gym in mind that will allow us access or just want trained in the comfort of your own home or office, we can certainly accommodate.
